Domestic Shipping
Customers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico can choose between First Class or Priority Shipping. Shipping prices are determined by the total weight of the order. First Class rates are usually lower than Priority Shipping, but you should choose Priority Mail if you are concerned about delivery time. Delivery is typically 2-4 days with First Class, and 1-3 with Priority.
All orders over 12 oz. will automatically ship Priority Mail.
International Shipping
International customers will pay First Class rate by weight for their country. Priority Mail and Express International are available, but expensive. Contact us before you place your order if you need your order shipped in either of these methods.
Returns
We make every effort to describe the products accurately and with enough detail that you'll know exactly what you are getting. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us and let us know so we can see what can be done.
Magnets and rubber stamps are shipped wrapped in corrugated cardboard packing if possible. We're trying to limit our use of plastic bubble wrap, and use recyclable packaging instead. Buttons, cards, paper pads, books, and stickers are usually shipped without extra padding, though often in a padded envelope if the order contains any of the bulkier store items. When possible, we will ship flat items in a large paper envelope to cut down on costs and plastic-usage (and with the hope that you'll recycle it.)
If your items arrive damaged due to insufficient padding or packaging, we'll replace the broken or damaged item. We may also request the item back, and will pay for the shipping if we do.
If your order is missing an item or the wrong item was sent, contact the store and we'll sort it out.
